Eating Smart Course
The Eating Smart Class is a 4-week nutrition course tailored to the needs of you,
the college student. Taught by a Dining Services' Registered Dietitian and one of
the Dining Commons Chefs, this program is FREE to meal plan participants. Join us
in a convenient, relaxed setting where you will learn practical cooking skills, healthy
meal ideas, and information for developing healthy eating habits and achieving your
goals.
Classes are held each Fall and Spring semesters. Space is limited: Classes will be filled on a first come-first served basis.
Fall 2022 classes were held each Thursday in November, Snelling Dining Commons with Chef Taylor Hilt. Spring 2023 classes were held Wednesdays in February, Oglethorpe Dining Commons with Chef Don Law.
Fall 2023 classes will be held Tuesdays, October 24-November 14, at the Village Summit with Chef Tim Neal.

Registration opens early each semester. Look for an email from UGA Dining Services or visit the Bolton Administration Office for registration information.
