Gluten-Free Choices


Gluten-free choices are available in every dining commons. Daily menu tags note gluten in the allergen information, and gluten-free items are marked on Build Your Plate with this symbol:  Purple circle with GF.  


Gluten-Free Pantry

Bolton Dining Commons contains a gluten-free pantry that is stocked with shelf-stable such as oatmeal, bagels, breads, buns, muffins, mac-n-cheese, cookies, brownies, and ice cream. While we provide gluten-free menu items in all dining commons, the pantry gives an additional option for students with specific dietary needs. To gain access to the pantry, students will need to first meet with the Registered Dietitian, Katherine Ingerson, to discuss their dietary restrictions.

Gluten-Free Bagels, Bread, and Muffins are available upon request in all dining commons, just ask a manager.

Students can have the chefs pre-plate their meals to avoid cross-contamination. Contact dining-nutrition@uga.edu to get chef accommodations set up for you.
